As a group of friends, we are always talking, texting, and thinking about music.

From those of us who grew up playing instruments or in the performing arts, to the concert-obsessed, to creating niche playlists, to collecting vinyl, to following all of our favorite artists on social media to keep up with the latest news, we're a bit obsessed.

One day, Maddie asked who would be interested in starting a blog. Alena threw out the idea for the title "Hear Me Out". And here we are!
