Welcome to the Hear Me Out blog!

This whole thing started as I was looking for coverage from fans about some of the tours I was going to see this summer. Besides a few tweets and the occasional article in a music magazine for the larger artists, there wasn’t much info out there. I wanted to know what the crowd was like, how the venue is, what songs they would play, what the merch was like, and all the minor details.

Then, chatting with some of my friends, I realized we had a lot of interest and experience in different areas of music, from playing instruments to making playlists to collecting vinyl to music photography to, of course, going to concerts. I threw out the idea of a blog, and had several friends on board. Alena came up with the title “Hear Me Out” and the rest is history.
